EDUCATION & WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT
Southern Indiana Logistics Center (SILC) partnered with McDowell Adult Education for the 5th consecutive year,providing tours and supporting logistics training. The team was recognized at the annual IAACE Annual Conference for their work with McDowell.
SILC also hosted a back-to-school drive, collecting >80 crucial supplies including backpacks, coloring books, and more for local students in need.
COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT
Leeds participated in the annual chili cook-off to benefit The Exceptional Foundation for the 5th year in a row. TA was a semi-finalist this year amongst more than 100 competitors and the event raised over $520,000
San Diego continued its annual participation in the Kook 5K Fun Run. Proceeds from the event benefit multiple community organizations in Encinitas
SILC planted trees for Arbor Day (above) and collected donations of feminine hygiene products, food, and other essentials for Turning Point Domestic Violence Services (below
DISASTER RELIEF
TA team members across North America supported Hurricane Helene victims through a company-wide donation website benefitting the American Red Cross. The Houston office assisted North Carolina flood victims with timely delivery of critical supplies including water and gas (below
SEASONAL GIVING
Multiple TA locations sponsored youth sports, after-school programs, and arts initiatives, as well as local food drives and seasonal giving, including gift collections for Toys for Tots.
EMPLOYEE SUPPORT
Janesville, WI organized a charity drive at a local bowling alley, raising $3,600 for fellow employees on FMLA leave
FOOD SECURITY
Team members of the Greenwood, IN warehouse were presented a plaque for their ongoing support of the Alliance for Better Nutrition program which distributed nearly 6.1 million meals in 2024
