TA Services Announces the Acquisition of Toronto-based Scout Logistics

Acquisition positions TA Services for expansion in cold-chain logistics

August 19, 2021—(Birmingham, AL) – TA Services, Inc., the third party logistics provider and division of PS Logistics, announced today it has completed the acquisition of Toronto, Canada-based Scout Logistics Corporation, worldwide specialists in over-the-road transportation of perishable freight. The acquisition represents TA Services’ expansion into the cold-chain marketplace and rounds out its full-service logistics offering in North America. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
