Scott Schell

Scott Schell has a long heritage in Transportation and Logistics. He understands the industry better than most because he has deep hands-on experience in virtually every sector ranging from fleet management to driver recruiter, operations, finance, procurement, and leadership roles. Scott has been integral in building teams at companies including BestTransport, CSX, Gerdau, P&S Transportation and is now at the helm of TA Services where he has led the company through M&A activity including the acquisitions of Celadon Logistics and Top Gun Freight, the merger of Sellers Logistics and more. TA has grown from $30M to $650M + during Scott’s tenure. Scott has built a world-class leadership team who continue to build and grow TA’s capabilities, services, and reputation worldwide and as a result has been recognized in 2024 as one of the top 25 CEO’s in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
Scott graduated from Auburn University with a B.S. in Busines Administration and completed executive studies in International Business, International Cultures, and Finance at INSEAD, and The Business School of The World in Fountainebleau, France. Scott is married to his wife Kelly of 25+ years and has a son that is in graduate school at the University of Virginia and a daughter that is a junior at Texas Christian University. The Schells call Birmingham, AL home, but enjoy spending their breaks in Florida and out west. Scott’s primary hobbies include golf, hunting, fishing and spending time with his wife and children.

Charles Dismuke’s extensive knowledge of freight brokerage, retail sales life cycle management, customer service operations, shipment planning & execution, and executive sales relationship management gives him a unique perspective that drives TA Services’ financial operations. Charles began his career as an auditor with Arthur Anderson & Co and that foundation of working for multiple clients in diverse industries has served him well as he took on additional roles and responsibilities over his 25+ year career. Charles has been fortunate to work in diverse environments including manufacturing, publishing, and freight transportation. Not just a debits and credits guy, Charles has a creative side as well serving as a publisher and an internet entrepreneur for a couple of years. He enjoys the game of business in working on strategies and tactics as part of an executive team. His foundation is in accounting, but the creative side comes out while working on strategic growth plans.
Charles has a BBA in Accounting from Harding University. He has a love for landscaping and architecture and enjoys family time with his wife, two daughters, a son-in-law, and grandchildren.

Brady Thames brings energy, creativity, and a results-driven operational mindset to the Transportation and Logistics industry. For over 30 years he has been building businesses and delivering proven Commercial and operational value for customers. As a seasoned and highly experienced brokerage, logistics, and transportation executive, Brady brings experience in building, developing and leading organizations, operating start-ups, and ultimately bringing creative solutions and delivering strong execution with proven results.
Brady stands on strong values and the importance of people and building relationships. He is dedicated and passionate in everything he does while being driven for success.
Brady graduated from the University of Montevallo and resides in Alabaster, AL. When Brady isn’t at work you can find him at the ballpark, gym, on the golf course, fishing and spending time with family and friends.
Chris Bahr

Chris Bahr’s career has spanned roles in operations, sales, pricing strategy and business intelligence for the industry’s most disruptive, fast-growth companies. He knows the industry inside and out and brings strong experience to TA Services through the creation of tools and processes that maximize operational efficiency. His team leads the charge in providing value-adding data and market insights to the entire organization. Prior to TA Services, Chris held various roles at Coyote Logistics, Access America Transport, and Transfreight – all of which yielded operational efficiencies to support high growth company initiatives.
Chris has a B.S. in Business Administration, Logistics from Auburn University. In his free time, Chris enjoys cooking for his family and trying to expand his kids’ palates beyond Macaroni and Cheese and Chicken Nuggets.
David Branson

David Branson is a highly experienced supply chain management professional, with a proven track record in operations, commercial support, transportation management system (TMS) administration, project management, training and warehousing & distribution. With over two decades of experience in leadership roles across diverse fields, David brings a unique perspective and expertise to his coaching approach.
David started in third party warehouse management unloading containers and inventory cycle counting. Along his path he has held leadership roles in warehousing, private fleet transportation, TMS administration, commercial solution design and operations management. David can balance big picture outcomes and complex details to help customers achieve their strategic goals.
David has a B.S. in Business Administration, Logistics & Transportation from the University of Tennessee. When he's not working, he's cooking up a storm in the kitchen, kicking a soccer ball around, shredding the ski slopes, or hitting the trails for a run. But what he loves most is spending quality time with his wife and two young daughters.

Greg Goad joined TA Services with 30 years of experience in manufacturing, procurement, commercial and logistics. His experience in roles as General Manager and Vice President in multiple large-scale companies within the metals and energy vertical markets such as LB Foster, Northwest Pipe, Severstal Steel (now Steel Dynamics) and Heidtman Steel Products provide a unique prospective to our business. Greg has a solid foundation to analyze, design and implement strategies that promote a platform for growth in the logistics business.
Greg graduated from The Ohio State University with a B.S. in Education while also competing for the Buckeye wrestling team. Greg is married to his wife Teresa of over 20 years and has 4 children and 2 grandchildren. The Goad’s reside in the Birmingham, AL area but enjoy traveling as much as possible. Greg’s hobbies include golfing, go-cart racing with his son, and watching football.

Jody Hay is a Human Resources professional who brings 28 years of HR experience to his role as Human Resources Director with TA Services. A graduate of Penn State University with a bachelor’s degree in Labor and Industrial Relations, Jody has worked for company’s that vary in size from small family-owned businesses to multi-billion dollar publicly traded enterprises. Throughout his career Jody has maintained focus on his professional development, earning his Master’s in Business Administration from Louisiana State University - Shreveport, a certification in Lean Six-Sigma from Villanova, and senior certification from both SHRM and the HRCI. Drawing from his experience and passion for HR, Jody believes a company’s workforce is its most valuable asset. As a result, he works diligently to serve each individual and partner with leadership to build strategy that moves the company towards achieving its goals.
Originally from State College, PA, Jody has been happily married to his wife Pam for 27 years and has three children ages 25, 22, and 18. In his spare time, Jody enjoys spending time with his family. He also enjoys ice hockey, photography, and fly-fishing.

With over 10 years of budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial management experience in the Transportation and Logistics industry, Julie plays a pivotal role in steering companies towards success. Her keen eye for detail and a strategic mindset helps companies to excel in crafting comprehensive budgets and forecasts that serve as roadmaps for achieving organizational objectives. Through meticulous analysis and foresight, she identifies opportunities for efficiency improvements and cost-saving measures, ensuring optimal allocation of resources. Driven by a passion for excellence, Julie thrives in dynamic environments where she can leverage her expertise to drive tangible results. Through collaboration with cross-functional teams, she intentionally fosters a culture of financial accountability and transparency, empowering stakeholders at all levels to make informed decisions that drive sustainable growth.
Julie graduated from Anderson University with a B.S. degree in Accounting and an MBA with a concentration in Finance from Ohio University. When she’s not working, she loves going to the gym, running, listening to podcasts, and chasing her young daughter around.
Kyle Lancaster

Kyle Lancaster has years of experience in the logistics industry. He developed extensive knowledge of transportation management systems (TMS) while working at McLeod Software. From there, Kyle leveraged his expertise in data analytics, warehouse management systems, and DevOps to transition to PS Logistics as Director of Business Data. In this role, he played a key role in automating and improving end user experiences by creating a new department focused on these initiatives. Kyle currently serves as Vice President of Technology for TA Services, where he leads all aspects of technology for the company. Kyle earned his BS in Finance and MBA from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
Outside of work, Kyle enjoys spending time with family and unwinds with activities like reading, golfing, and yard work.
Mike Teresinski

Mike Teresinski brings fortitude and extensive expertise in freight brokerage, startup management, customer operations, shipment planning and execution, and executive sales relationship management to the transportation and logistics industry. He began his career as an authorized engineer with BellSouth, using that foundation to grow and support companies in the logistics sector, consistently setting a standard of excellence.
Throughout his career, Mike has worked with a diverse array of clients and industry verticals, including manufacturing, consumer packaged goods, and freight technology. At Uber Technologies, he was a key member of Uber’s second HQ, where he managed business development strategies and sales efforts. His logistics experience includes leadership roles at Echo Global Logistics and MIQ Logistics. Mike has a proven track record of developing processes, strategies, analytics, and KPIs that drive growth and profitability while fostering a culture of excellence within his teams.
Mike graduated from Georgia Tech with a B.S. in Industrial Engineering. He has been married to his wife Sarah for over 15 years and has a daughter who is a freshman in college, along with two sons, one in grammar school and the other in middle school. Outside of logistics, Mike enjoys cooking Texas BBQ, camping, fishing, and watching his children compete in sports.
